Found on innanetwarrior.com. It says in Japanese ロケットモンスター金 (rokettomonsutaa kin) and means Rocketmonster Gold. Pocketmonster + Kim Jong Il. People with the last name Kim in Korea usually use the character for gold to write their last name. Like Kim Jong Il. And Pocketmonster uses Silver, Gold, Diamond etc in their game titles. Awesome design and idea.
